Duplicate the Success Process.

To achieve better results in your business, it's important to continuously analyze and review it. This process should be repeated to increase activity and yield better outcomes. Throughout this book, we
have shared a successful process and the key ingredients to success, including the importance of conviction and necessary skills. 


Moving forward, it's important to remember that
"people don't do what you say, people do what you do." As Randy Gage said, "success without duplication is merely future failure in disguise." 


As a leader in the direct-selling business, your life becomes public, and even minor actions are observed by others. You may notice that something you didn't explicitly mention to your team is being duplicated
in your system, knowingly or unknowingly.
Let me share a story that illustrates the concept of duplication. You may have heard it in your childhood.
There was a merchant who sold caps. When he went from one village to another to sell caps, he saw a
tree on the way. He was exhausted, so he thought, why not rest for a while under the tree? As soon as he awoke after sleeping, he saw many monkeys wearing all his caps. So he was shocked and did not know what to do. He saw that one cap was left on his head. So he started doing different things. When he
started moving, the monkeys also started moving. When he placed his hand on his waist, all the
monkeys also touched it. While doing this, he picked up his cap and threw it down with force. 
He saw that the monkeys also threw away their caps after seeing him, so the businessman got all his
caps back. Even we all have heard the story many times. I want to share his next story with you.
After 50 years, the same thing happened with the grandson of that businessman. When he passed that
way, he also started resting under the tree. On waking up, he saw the monkeys wearing all his caps. He started thinking, what should he do? Then he remembered his grandfather's story and started repeating
the same trick. He started doing different things. When he started moving, the monkeys also started moving. When he put his hand on his waist, all the monkeys also touched it. As soon as the merchant's grandson threw the cap, he saw that a big monkey came to him and slapped him hard. "Were your grandfathers the only ones? Weren't our grandfathers here too?"

Yes, duplication always works. We started this story as a joke. But whether you like it or not, your team will duplicate you.

"It doesn't matter what works. The only thing that matters is the one that duplicates."

"Network marketing without duplication is just another job." 

You must become a true, inspiring leader and role model and follow all these processes honestly. When you follow all these processes honestly, you will see that. The duplication of all these things has started happening automatically in your team.

 

Remember, we are in the business of creating leaders. Retailing the product and recruiting new people is part of direct selling. As a direct seller, our most important role is to develop leaders in our organization. How many people on your team have a strong belief in this business? How many are continuously moving forward toward their dreams? How many are duplicating your efforts and creating their duplicates?


We admire people like Lata Mangeshkar and Sachin Tendulkar for their exceptional qualities. However, they cannot replicate themselves, and neither can anyone else. In the direct selling industry, it's crucial to duplicate simple actions rather than extraordinary ones. That's why ordinary people can become significant in this field.

There are four "S" for success in direct selling:

S: Self-use: Use the products honestly.

S: Share your experiences, business, and products.

S: Sponsor those who can do both of these.

S: Stay connected to the system. Keep everyone connected to the system to become an independent

leader.

Duplicating this process is quite simple. I urge you to duplicate it with your team. Avoid selective listening, as it may cause you to miss important details. When conducting training, meetings, or presentations, make sure to do so in a manner that can be duplicated. Use tools and systems for this;

this book will significantly contribute to your success. Duplication is essential because even a tiny

mistake can completely ruin the meaning.

I have a valuable framework suggestion for you. I recommend selecting a few associates from your
teams and focusing on improving their essential skills. Work with them to create a plan and determine
the time needed to teach them duplication.

In direct selling, the most significant income can be earned by creating new leaders in your team. By creating independent leaders in every group, you can achieve financial freedom. Imagine spending holidays with your family while your income is consistently increasing.

In this framework, you need to write down the names of your leaders and give them scores on five of

the seven essential skills. This will help you understand which particular skills they need to work harder on, and you can provide resources such as coaching, mentoring, and time to teach them these skills.
