 When I came into this industry, we used to do prospecting offline. These are traditional ways of creating a list. Let's discuss them in detail:

# How to make a Prospect List?

Making a list is a very important step. Based on the list, we take the first step towards bringing each person into our business.

Before creating a prospect list, we can use three circles in everyone's life to create an extensive list. Let's understand them one by one:

First Circle

The first circle consists of people who are very close to you. These people can recognise you by your face or voice, for example:-
  1. Your family members,
  2. Your current or former friends,
  3. Your relatives, and
  4. Your neighbours.

First, Share the products with your close ones. Because if you discuss the business possibility with people close to you, they begin to distance themselves a little. So it is better if you start with the products.

Second Circle

The individuals in our second circle resemble our coworkers or occasionally encountered individuals, such as your CEO, real estate agent, or grocery store clerk.

  1. Colleagues

  2. People from our social circle

  3. People you buy goods from, such as your local grocery shop, etc.


Third Circle

In our third circle, we have strangers to us. Imagine if we remove the people of our first and second circles from India's population. All the remaining people would be from our third circle. In other words, the chances of success in our business will increase if we learn to work with strangers. If we consider it, the number of persons in our first and second circles may also be thousands, 5,000, or even 10,000. Millions of people can come to our business from our third circle. Therefore, bringing people from the third circle into our business is essential. We need to learn how to do business with them. For this, it is necessary to keep growing our social network constantly.

Based on my experience, I can say that 80% of people cannot even create a list of 50 prospects throughout their lives. It is crucial to create and expand your list Continuously. Suppose your prospect list is in your mind. In that case, your success will also remain in your mind. It won't come to you, and if you are afraid to add someone's name to the list or have any doubts, then I would just say that,

"Darr Ke Aage List Hai."

The list speaks for itself:

L - Let's

I - Invite

S - Someone

T - Today,


Let's invite someone.

You should always remember a formula that means:

S: see   M: More   P: People

S: saw    M: More P: Plan


It means, "Search more people, Show more plans."

MEMORY JOGGER

Now let me share with you a memory jogger. It's a great technique; you can put a little pressure on your mind and create an outstanding list.

# Method 1 -

  1. First, make your hot market list -

  • Address book and Business Card

  • Marriage card and List of Neighbors


 b)         Your Family Members-

*  Mother, Father and Child            *  Grandfather, Grandmother and Uncle

*  Brother and Sister           *  Uncle and Aunty

*  Cousins                   *   Nephew - Niece etc. 


C)      People you meet in Organizations or Clubs -

*  Civic Groups *  Politics Clubs

*  Library                                  *  School Groups

*  Merchant Organizations *  Teachers Groups, Etc.
