To ensure a balanced development of your team, it's important to focus on the following five points:
1. Attract: What strategies can you use to attract new people to your business?
2. Convert: How can you include new people in your business and make them feel valued?
3. Activate: What steps can you take to activate new members in your business and get them involved?
4. Retain: How can you retain your team members and keep them motivated?
5. Produce: How can you create independent leaders within your team who can contribute to the growth and success of your business?
1. Attract
What is your strategy to attract new people? To attract them, you can use good promotional pictures, video links, or audio that you can share on social media platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram.
You have 100 complimentary text messages on your mobile number daily in most of the plans you can use. You can also reach new prospects through Facebook Stories, Facebook Live, WhatsApp Status, and more.
Please make your visiting cards and share them.
Take referrals and join new Facebook and other social media groups. Add new prospects daily.
Share your achievements on social media to attract people to your business.
You can advertise outside your home or office to reach new prospects.
You can use both online and offline ads.
Canopy or Roadshow, etc., is also a suitable medium.
You need to develop new ways to attract new people to your business. Consistent, massive action is required. When many people in your team are doing this, you will have a vast prospect base ready, and you can create momentum.
2. Convert:
If people have become aware of your business, you need a strategy to convert them into customers or associates. Here are some tips:
When people contact you, use the ABC rule to confer with the right person on your team.
Arrange online or one-on-one meetings to persuade them to join.
Provide them with comprehensive information, including plans, products, forms, and YouTube links.
Highlight current offers and emphasize the advantages of joining soon to create a sense of urgency.

3. Activate:
To get people associated with you to place their orders and work with you, you can activate them by following these tips:
1. Conduct New Associate Induction Training to set their goals and vision. 2. Follow a 72 Hours Plan.
3. Have the right people in your upline provide counselling.
4. Stay in communication with them.
5. Talk to associates daily and inform them of any gifts, offers, and trips that may be available.

4. Retain:
What steps are you taking to ensure your team remains engaged in your business? It's important to have a plan in place. Here are some helpful tips:
First, assist the associates on your team in setting their goals and vision.
You can encourage them by creating a vision board in their home and providing them with a dream diary.
Set monthly, weekly, and annual goals for your team and keep them engaged by scheduling online and offline meetings.
Be sure to celebrate their small successes and help them grow by cultivating a culture where they can progress quickly.
Make your team feel like they are part of the family by having fun meetings and taking care of them.
Remember to celebrate special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries.
Effective communication is key, so make sure to conduct counseling sessions with them regularly and contribute to their overall success.
5. Produce:
As a leader, how do you develop other leaders? Do you have a plan for this?
To create effective leaders, it is important to offer coaching, counseling, and a customized approach.
Each individual has their own strengths, whether it be in building networks or product development. By focusing on their strengths, you can help them reach their full potential.
Building a strong team of leaders is also crucial. Encourage them to become an integral part of the company's core team by providing training and support to help them become independent and effective presenters.
Duplication is key to creating strong leaders.
Implement activities based on these five principles and focus on creating more independent leaders. This will lead to bigger activities, more presentations, and increased home meetings. Consistent massive action is essential to creating momentum and consistent growth in your business.

Ultimately, every time we took consistent massive action, we saw a significant increase in our business. People's tiny excuses, weak expectations, and difficulties were swept aside. Some people may leave you, but if you consistently take massive action with your core team, many more people will join your business.
